Ranking the Top 25 Teams in College Baseball Following a Hectic Weekend
Only five different teams come into the updated top 25 at the same spot they were in last week, four of which are in the top five. Elsewhere, it was just pure chaos across the board. With that being said, here is the updated top 25:

Conference play officially kicked off across all power-four conferences and the majority of mid-major conferences this past weekend, and it did not disappoint. The weekend slate featured a handful of top 25 teams facing off with each other, and it was specifically the SEC that saw the most chaos

A third weekend of college baseball is in the books and we finally have some shuffling at the top of the rankings for the first time in 2026. Prior to the most recent update, the top six teams remained the same through the first two weekly updates. That has changed this week
#1 UCLA and #7 Auburn are the Biggest Winners of the Week
The first full week of college baseball is in the books which means it’s time for real movement on the top 25. With most teams playing only three games last weekend, the only team worth moving was Oklahoma who swept the Shriners Showdown, going from unranked, to #21 in the country. Now, most teams have played at least seven games, including a mid-week, so there has been some shuffling on the top 25.
