Jett Williams is one of the more dynamic prospects in Minor League Baseball. His 2024 campaign was cut short due to injury, and although he played at three different levels last year, his numbers came out on the other end as sub-par. However, he has seemingly returned to form here in 2025, tearing up Double-A Binghamton. Williams displays a unique combination of contact skills, speed, and defensive versatility. While he isn’t an elite defender at one single position, he can play both shortstop and center field to a league-average level. His size limits his power projection, but his approach and bat-to-ball skills make him a high-floor bat. His big league outcomes likely fall somewhere between a valuable utility bench bat, and an impact regular with all-star upside.
